Studio Cars hopes all of our customers are keeping well during these difficult times.

We understand working practices have to change as we start to go back to work and we are looking at how we will operate within the guidelines.

Studio Cars always puts the safety of our drivers and passengers first, consequently we are implementing the following with immediate effect;

All drivers will carry a comprehensive cleaning kit that will be used to thoroughly clean the interior of the car between every single journey, cleaning the screen, all door handles, seats, and floor.

The kit will contain, face masks, nitrile gloves, hand gel, antibacterial wipes and antibacterial spray, also clinical waste bags for the safe disposal of used items.

In addition, Studio Cars vehicles will be fitted with a temporary protective screen to the back of the front seats (Where licensing authorities allow).

By screening off driver and passenger from each other, this will give a more hygienic environment and comply with social distancing (Screens only fitted where possible).

We would recommend, until further notice, one passenger per car and that passengers do not sit in the front of our cars, we will be reducing the number of seats in our minibuses to keep a sensible social distance whilst travelling. 

Studio Cars will work within any new guidelines that are put out by Government, BECTU and any production we work with.

We understand this is a situation that is continuously being updated, we will endeavour to keep our policy in line with current advice.

Studio cars will continue to provide our first-class service to all customers, we look forward to a productive and safe future.

Studio Cars take environmental issues seriously and are always looking for ways to improve current and future business practices whilst still providing a first-class service to clients.

We pride ourselves on working closely with customers to optimise all our journeys, by reducing travel times, using technology to avoid congestion and simplifying routes where possible. Our drivers have many years’ experience transporting passengers around the country, so we understand traffic problems and road issues. With our partner companies we can already offer the use of some electric and hybrid vehicles.

Moving forward, Studio Cars will be investing fully in Petrol Hybrid and Electric vehicles, we will be keeping close checks on vehicle technology, as developments move forward Studio Cars will be keeping up with these improvements.

Studio Cars supports Bristol Green Capital Partnership and has been a member since it started. We also support Albert and endeavour to comply with their requirements.

We will no longer supply passengers with water in plastic bottles, only using recyclable cardboard containers.

Studio Cars are also investigating schemes to offset the carbon footprint we are making to eventually become carbon neutral.

This will be an ongoing program that will be continually updated.
